Sarasota County saw over 15,000 violations alone as well as Manatee County. Troop K is broken up into three main districts. These are the Miami District, West Palm Beach District and the Orlando District. The Miami District encompasses the Florida Turnpike section that travels through Miami- Dade and Broward Counties. The West Palm Beach District covers Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River Counties for a total of 117 miles along Florida’s Turnpike. The Orlando District covers 216 miles along the Florida Turnpike. The Orlando District traverses through Osceola, Orange, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties.
