The Law Place was initially formed in 2004 to represent motorists in traffic related issues. Over the years, the attorneys in the firm have been featured in AOL and CNN.COM aside from acting as a consult on Fox, ABC and other local television stations. One of the founding partners, David Haenel, currently serves on the Florida Bar Traffic Court Rule Committee. That committee was established to deal with traffic court issues, including modifying and addition of new traffic court rules. In December 2010, Mr. Haenel and Mr. Finebloom were asked to speak at the new Judge symposium in Pinellas County Florida. David and Darren each presented material to the new Judges(and some old ones) on the top 10 issues that defense lawyers had with the bench. Darren Finebloom is rated an AV on Martindale Hubbell the attorney rating service. The other attorneys of the firm have excellent to superior ratings on AVVO, an attorney rating service.

The lawyers in our office are serious about their qualifications and continuing legal education. Every lawyer in the office, and those that we deal with, are the top in the trade. We are constantly finding ways to win speeding ticket cases and achieve the best possible result for our clients. In addition, our office believes that transparency is extremely important. Obviously, every county, driving record and case is different , but our end result with your speeding ticket is most important to us.
