Duval County is a rather old county, that was established in 1822. The county is located in northeastern Florida. Duval County has a growing population and at the moment the population is said to be around 780,000 residents of Duval County. The county is home to 2 national protected areas. These are the Fort Caroline National Memorial and the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve. There are many police agencies that are responsible for ensuing and enforcing the laws.
